Mini Cheesy Delight

  • French-Style Fresh Cheese Plain
  • 500 g of fresh cheese
  • 240 ml of semolina sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of Riviera crème fraîche
  • Flavour of your choice (1 teaspoon of vanilla or orange extract, or the zest of lemon)

Preparation: 20 minutes / Baking: 55 minutes / Servings: 4

  1. MINI CHEESY DELIGHT RECIPE: Beat the white cheese with a whisk until smooth, then add the sugar, flour and eggs one at a time.
  2. Add the cream and the flavour of your choice.
  3. Pour this preparation into individual silicone or muffin molds.
  4. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the cheese mixture is firm to the touch.
  5. Let cool, unmold and serve fresh.
  6. To serve, garnish the mini cheesecake with a jam of your choice.
  7. Put it on a shortbread cookie or biscuit cake, brushed with jam to fix it well on the surface.
