- In a skillet, brown the smoked pork breast after cutting it into small lardoons.
- Add the onion and leek, thinly sliced, and sweat.
- In a bowl, mix the Riviera French-Style Cheese, Riviera Grated Swiss, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Spread lardoon mixture over the bread, top with the cheese mixture and cook in the oven at 425°F for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with a nice seasonal salad.
